These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services offered by VoxOps ("VoxOps," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
VoxOps provides AI voice follow-up for real estate agents and agencies: an AI voice agent calls an agency's own existing leads, asks whether they still plan to buy or sell, and books interested leads as appointments with the agency's agents (the "Services"). The call you book on this site is a short consultation about your lead list and whether the Services are a fit.
2. Your contacts and calling rules
Under any engagement, you supply the contact list and are responsible for having the right to contact the people on it. We skip numbers on do-not-call lists, give every person called a way to opt out, and remove anyone who asks not to be contacted again. Specific calling and consent obligations are set out in the written agreement for each engagement.
3. Not real estate, legal or financial advice
The AI voice agent qualifies interest and books appointments. It does not quote property values, give real estate, legal, financial or investment advice, or negotiate on anyone's behalf. Those conversations happen between your agents and your leads. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or financial advice.
4. Results
Results depend on the size, age and source of your lead list and on your market. We do not guarantee any number of appointments, sales or revenue.
5. Booking and communication
When you book a call through this site, you agree to be contacted by VoxOps about your booking and the Services, including by email. You can opt out of further communication at any time by replying or emailing us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, imagery, animation, design and branding) belongs to VoxOps and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Engagements for the Services themselves are governed by a separate written agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
